In the dedicated page you will be asked to enter the order number and the same e-mail address you have used for your purchase. After submitting these data, you will be able to select the item/items you wish to return by clicking on “+” and enter the requested data. Once you have completed the form you can submit your request for return. Our customer service team will examine it and, if the request will be approved, you will receive an e-mail with all information you need to return the item.
